DESCRIPTION
A different house-villa built to serve a family at the foot of the hill in Piso Livadi with panoramic views of the fishing village and the vast Aegean Sea. We are located on the southeast coast of Paros, in a quiet area at the end of a small dead end, just 5 minutes walk from the beach and the port. Marble stone in its surroundings, fenced to avoid prying eyes.
THE SPACE
Inside the house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms and it can host up to eight people. From the main entrance we enter the first level of the house and the living room area exiting to the covered terrace of the house with arches that offers protection from the sun and the air and is ideal for your breakfast and lunchtime. Going up level, there is the dining room with a large family table, the fully equipped kitchen with a pass and the open and sunny large terrace of the house with a panoramic view, ideal for the afternoon hours and evenings. Here, on full moon nights, you can watch the moon rise over Naxos. Both verandas are equipped with tables, seats and cushions for built-in terraces.
Descending one level from the living room, we find the first bathroom, with shower, and the first bedroom with classical decoration, double wrought bed and paved courtyard with built-in terrace. Continuing further down we find a room with a sofa and around it three bedrooms with two bathrooms and the auxiliary room of the house. One bedroom with Aegean decoration and built double bed, the other with minimal style and double bed mattress and the last with two single wooden beds and pleasant environment. On this level, there are two fully equipped bathrooms with large stalls and mirrors, one with a bathtub and the other with a spacious shower. Here is also the auxiliary laundry room and the linen cabinet. All bedrooms have wardrobes, air conditioners and exterior paved spaces.
In this pleasant and comfortable house you will be able to relax and enjoy your holidays with all the comforts and within walking distance from the blue waters of the Aegean and the other sights of the island.
The fourth highest level of the house is not available for rent and is not accessible.
